All it takes is a cool $2.95 million, or perhaps a little less should you be a steely-eyed negotiator, and the Laguna Beach home of USC legend and Heisman Trophy winner Carson Palmer can be yours. I’m talking about four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a “panoramic hilltop view of the Pacific,” an ocean-view office, plus tricked out kitchen with Viking appliances and granite countertops.
